About the trip

Youth theatre leaders will accompany the members on the trip and will wait with any who are being picked up by parents at the end. This trip will be insured but cover is limited to cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident and personal liability. In order to purchase the additional insurance, we will be required to pass on your child’s name and date of birth to the insurance company.

I am happy for the young person named above to take part in the NYAT youth theatre trip and to be given first aid or urgent medical treatment during the trip if necessary. I understand that the National Youth Arts Trust accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused by or during attendance to the Youth Theatre workshops or off-site visits except where such loss, damage or injury can be shown to result directly from the negligence of the National Youth Arts Trust.*
